BUYING ONLINE POLICY


- Issued invoice payment must take place with a bank transfer before delivery.

- If you buy a carpet from my website for over than Sfr. 5000.--, you have the right to exchange it during three months period on your purchase value.

- By buying from my website for less than Sfr. 5000.--, you have the right to exchange it during one month period on your purchase value.

- Title and risk of lost passes to consignee starting from our lager Zurich.

- As long as you present a certificate of antique declaration in your country, the custom duty will be free of charge.

- All the expenses pass to the consignee starting from our lager Zurich, as transport,
insurance, customs duty, customs clearance, VAT etc.

- By buying from our website a carpet over than US$ 5000.--, the shipment expenses will be
included, until 20 kg.

- In our website the carpet prices are based on Swiss Francs. Euro and US Dollars are the matter of the daily exchange rate.

- To reserve a carpet, a deposit of 35% of its value must be paid. In case of cancellation the payment will be usable for a new purchase.
